GPT-4
What a week! Obviously, the main news of the week was the much-anticipated release of GPT-4. I created a GPT-4 review video and also tested it against ChatGPT 3.5, check it out and let me know what you think. I also wrote about the specifics of the launch here. I won’t rehash the launch details, I plan on doing a few more videos on the capabilities of GPT-4, but I did want to share some of the coolest examples of GPT-4 being used for incredible projects. Here are some of my favorites.
Here’s an example of a Snake game being created by ChatGPT-4 in under 60 seconds, by someone who had no prior experience with Javascript.
Can GPT-4 code an entire game for you? Yes, yes it can.
Here's how I recreated a Snake game that runs in your browser using Chat GPT-4 and @Replit, with ZERO knowledge of Javascript all in less than 20 mins 🧵

Here’s an example from Greg Brockman, Cofounder of OpenAI, using GPT-4 to convert a napkin sketch of a website into the actual website! The new tech here is multi-modal inputs, in this case, GPT-4 is ingesting an image, fully understanding it, and then responding with the code to create the website:
Greg Brockman (@gdb) of OpenAI just demoed GPT-4 creating a working website from an image of a sketch from his notebook.
It’s the coolest thing I’ve *ever* seen in tech.
If you extrapolate from that demo, the possibilities are endless.
A glimpse into the future of computing.

Do you hate robocalls as much as me? This example shows off a company called DoNotPay using GPT-4 to generate automatic lawsuits when a robocaller dials you.
Next, it has been confirmed that Bing Chat is using a modified version of GPT-4.
We’re happy to confirm the new Bing is running on GPT-4, which we’ve customized for search.

** And don’t miss these videos I made about GPT-4:
Microsoft Copilot Announced
Microsoft announced that they are bringing their AI capabilities into their suite of business products in the form of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Copilot promises to help you be more efficient and productive at work, with features to help you write emails, put together spreadsheets, understand data, transcribe video conferences, and more.
Copilot is integrated into Microsoft 365 in two ways. It works alongside you, embedded in the Microsoft 365 apps you use every day — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and more — to unleash creativity, unlock productivity and uplevel skills. Today we’re also announcing an entirely new experience: Business Chat.
Check out their promo video:

Not to be outdone by Microsoft, Google also announced they are adding AI to their Google Workplaces products.
With these features, you’ll be able to:
MidJourney V5 Released
MidJourney, the generative art company, released V5 of their product. They were already considered the best generative art model in terms of detail and quality, but this release really put them far ahead. Here are some V5 examples from Twitter:
